how to chane the language from russian to english of far cry 4

i downloaded far cry 4 from R.G STEAMGAMES .... i installed it in english but it is still coming in russian .... how to change it .
i have no id in uplay and steam

Yeah, usually when you install a specific way but it reverts to another language or set of settings, it's because it's been compromised. In other words, cracked or patched. Often you can't change some of the configurations in those type of scenarios and as well we don't help with them here either if that's the case.
