Question how to change a monitor from 60 to 144hz

Hey there
I have question how do I change the hertz on my monitor from 60 to 144 i have an Acer G246HL monitor I want to be able to change my monitor to 144hz, yes i have the dvi cable connected

it only show 60hz refresh rate.

G246HL is 60 Hz only, you need GN246HL for 144 Hz.
