How to change Bios on MSI Z87M

I ordered the Intel core i5-4690k and with it i also got the msi 787m mobo, they are not compatible and also i cant return it because i had it for 2 weeks. So instead of buying a new one i was wondering if i could get help on changing the BIOS.

This motherboard supports Mflash which means you have to get into the BIOS to flash it using a USB drive to do so. If you can't get into the BIOS you will have to take it into a store, have them put in an old chip that is supported, flash the bios and then you are set to go. Check your manual if this has a special FLASH bios capability which is putting the USB in a specific USB slot and pressing a button on the back of the motherboard, it will then auto flash the BIOS with any BIOS in the root directory.
