My friends PC is downloading everything to a 120gb drive and nothing is going to his 1.8tb drive. How can he make it so the 1.8tb drive is his default and how does he move all his files from the 120gb drive to the 1.8tb drive?

Open Explorer and navigate to C:-Users-username. Right click on the folder you want to move (e.g. My Downloads) and select Properties. At the top of the Properties window you will see a tab called Location. Click on the Location tab and then use the Move button to select and move the files to a different drive.

When you move the files it gives you an option to make the new location the default so all future files are saved there as well.
