I do not want to change the letter (C, D, E) but the number (0,1,2), my windows is on disk 2, how do I change to 0 and stay on top?

Drive 0, 1, 2 is determined by what physical port the drives are connected to.
That corresponds to SATA 0, 1, 2...or SATA 1, 2, 3, depending on how your motherboard is numbered.

My windows is installed on my ssd nvme, and the others are on sata, there is no way to leave nvme as disk 0 right?
