How to change Location in Properties?

For some reason i can't change the location (RMB on a file, then properties, location) like i could back in Windows 7 where i can add another location for a file or a path, but now it's somehow locked, whenever i click it nothing happens but it highlights itself.

Is there some kind of solution for this? because this is really bugging me out.
