My current Max TDP for my CPU is 95 but the default is supposed to be 91. My motherboard only supports up to 91 aswell. My PC has been randomly rebooting a lot and I think this is the cause. How do I change my max TDP?

The max TDP shown in websites and products information is the maximum power consumption of a particular component. I believe it can be changed perhaps by taking a look over the voltage of the specific component that is causing this issue. However I have to warn, this action can cause instability in the system and if you are not full aware of how this can affect the performance of the computer or its behaviour, I think it would be wise for you to ask help from someone about it, as for myself, I haven't ever messed up with any voltages about anything. I'm sorry and I hope I could have helped.

PSU: Cooler Master B600 ver.2 600W
I have not overclocked the CPU, everything is at default. All drivers are updated and the bios is updated aswell

It says the TDP is 91W in the specifications

My PC keeps rebooting out of nowhere even when I'm just watching a video or something. First it freezes, then my monitor goes black and after a couple of seconds my PC reboots.

Further reinforcing the thought that this has nothing to do with TDP.
If you have a big OC, and were stressing the CPU hard, then maybe.

No OC and just watching a video? The problem lies elsewhere.

Could it be my power supply failing?

It could be.
It could be a lot of things.

Do you get any error messages? Or does it just poof, reboot?

Nope. It doesn't just go poof reboot either. Like I said first it freezes, then my screen goes black (the fans and leds are still on at this point), then it reboots

I've ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and also done some stress tests, no problems were found.
