How to change memory command rate

Ive heard that 1T is much better than 2T but im not sure why, and also do not how to change it to 1T

Currently memory is
400MHz 1:1 4-4-4-12 2T

I don't believe the Asus P5B has the option of altering your command rate. However, I think on Intel chipsets, it will autoset to 1t at a 667MHz setting.

I think only on nVidia Chipset boards (and some others) can you manually change Command Rate Settings.

Yup, I don't believe there's any way to change the command rate. I use a P5Q and there's nothing in mine as well.

i have a question, my memory (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820403002) has a command rate of 3T, but my motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131876) only supports 1T, 2T and AUTO, (AUTO only automatically picks 1T or 2T) My question is, what is the draw back? is there a potential stability risk? i've ran the AMD Overdrive Stability Test for roughly 5 hours with no problems. But that was mainly to test my OC of 4.5Ghz at 1.5v on my FX-8320. I would like to do a ram test, WITHOUT restarting and booting some kind of memtest boot intercept. my only concern is the Command Rate not showing in the Motherboard settings, the Memory is 3T but the Motherboard only goes up to 2T. It is currently set on 2T, i have not noticed any issues or errors, but it is just a thing that i prefer to have accurate and correct. If something calls for it, i prefer to have it set to that.

Currently i am running Prime95 x64. I enjoy stress testing, its fun, used to do this with my car. holding at 75C, i'll just leave that while i sleep.
