how to change memory timing on a P35-DS3L

My 2x1gb Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 (4-4-4-12) is running at 5-5-5-18 by default in Vista 64. I have try to change the "options" in the BIOS without any results. Am I missing something in the BIOS? The only way to change the timing seems to be between "option 1 and 2", which does not produce any difference.

Hit ctrl+f1 at the Main bios menu and you should then be able to adjust the timings.
