how to change my computers ram

i have a cpu of intel core 2 duo e 7400 @2.80ghz and 4g ram and 32 bit operating system and my mother board is asus and my graphic card is 2gb ati radeon hd 5400 series please help me how to cahnge my ram from 4gb to 6gb

You cannot go above 4Gb with 32 bit windows. You will need to upgrade to 64 bit for more memory.
Also, video memory cannot be used as system memory: it is physically connected differently and used differently by the system.
