How to change name of printer so other computers will see the changed name?

In my office I have 6 computers that are locally connected to 1 printer. (Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw)
In the building we have 3 offices that are more or less the same.

My question is how can i change the name of the printer so other computers will see the changed name?

I would like to organize the office and make it easier to find my printer because the names are really coded and complicated.

Depends on the printer. I have a Brother that has a web interface that lets me update the name. My Cannon requires me to use their software. An old HP laserjet requires me to do it from the front panel.

That printer does have a web interface that you can use to change the network name.
