Assuming you mean the wifi encryption passphrase, log into the routers admin page and find the settings there. Probably under a wifi setup tab or link. Try 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1 or the IP gateway address given in the manual to reach the router. If you don't have the manual, then google the model number and the term "manual."
