The heads on the 3000 are not really a user replaceable part unless you
have access to the service manual.
The top cover to the printer itself is tricky to get removed, and then
you have to remove the cover to the print head assembly, remove the
dampers, etc.
However, you may not be needing to replace the heads. They probably do
need cleaning however. It isn't as easy to do so as with the smaller
printers, but if you email me at the address I have used to post this, I
can give you some guidance.
The 3000 has some pitfalls in terms of cleaning it relative to the
consumer printers, including the fact that it uses bulk ink cartridges
and long ink feeding tubes.
