How to change SATA hard drive to ACHI Optiplex 745

I am making my Dell Optiplex 745 Desktop into a Hackintosh, and I need to set both PCH SATA Control Mode and Onboard SATA/IDE Ctrl Mode to AHCI. However, whenever I look in my BIOS, I cannot find the option to. I also need to change HPET to 64-bit in the Power Management panel, but that is not there either.

Dell machines have locked bioses so what you see is what you get. I have an Optiplex 745 at work. The bios is limited. PC manufactures sometimes do this so you can't mess up the system since this leads to more support issues.
