How to change the "best solution"

I found another solution is better. How to change it?

In the same exact spot that the "select best answer" button exists, there will be a white box that says, "unselect best answer". Though there could be permission requirements that I'm not aware of.

But I don't find the (white box that says, "unselect best answer"). Any reasons?

Any solution to this? I don't see that box either and it's on a thread that I own.
