Question how to change the drive for OS boot data

hi

so as you can see in the picture. i installed windows in disk2 ( c: ) but the boot data is in disk0 ( f: )
since i wanna remove my disk0 i have to change the boot drive but i don't want to do it from windows installation repair.
i wanted to ask if there is any way to do it from inside of the windows and after that i remove that hdd. (not sure if i must use EasyBCD for that.)

You can select the boot drive from the Bios or by pressing a key just before Windows starts (F12 for my computer), there will be a list of drives to select where to boot from.

Safest bet is going to be a clean install to the drive you wish OS to reside on with all other drives disconnected.
