How to change the name shown in this attachment...

Hi,

I'm very confused about this, I've changed the user name, PC name, even created an outlook account and changed the profile name, but the name "Derek" shown in attached picture still remains. I don't see any other setting or option or user account field where I can change anything else. Please advise? Thank you!

PS: This is a workstation connected to a server, server active directory - administrative user info was also updated.

The screen shot shows exactly what comes up when you press Ctrl+Esc (whatever Windows 8 calls that now, the start screen).

This is for a workstation here in our office, I personally don't use Win8 so I'm not familiar with it, but another employee has now taken over that workstation.

PS: Derek was the previous employee's name.
