Question How to change the source in thinkcentre e63z

I have been wanting to play with my ps4 on my AIO thinkcentre pc for a while now.But there is no source button.I would appreciate a quick reply.
PS:Its model no is 005AAX and machine type 10EL

There are very few AIOs where the HDMI port is an 'input', it's typically an output only (ie you could extend/mirror or run a second monitor).
I see nothing confirming Thinkcentres' ever sported an 'input' HDMI port.

The AIO's I've seen that do have an 'input', are labelled as such on the HDMI port themselves.

Spec sheets etc would be the only way to confirm for sure, but you'd need the exact product number (Thinkcentre model numbers are things like e63z, not really sure what 005AAX is....)

Mine IS the e63z sorry I didnt mention that
Its only mentioned as HDMI on the port
