How to change the texture quality of Dying Light?

I can't seem to change the texture quality of the game. Any thoughts? Tried google by the way.

Options/Video,...4th option on that page is Texture Quality.

you can only change it from the main menu. sadly the game does not have a possibility to change textures while already ingame.
