How to change the Windows 7 default installion directory

So I'm getting one ssd (60gb) for installing windows 7 ONLY, for faster boot ups. Everything else goes on my 2tb internal hard drive. However I know the default installion directory is in the program files, which would be on the ssd. I know you can usually change it when installing but for my first couple programs will be from ninite: http://ninite.com/. And ninite will install those programs in the default directory and I don't want anything on the ssd besides windows 7. How do I change it?
