how to change timing on cl9 1333 ram

I just installed 8gb (2x4gb) ram in my inspiron 15 n5030.....it is running great but my latency still says 6docks...the chips are cl9...how to I get them to produce 9 docks?

If its running fine at CL6, leave it there, dont worry about changing it, means its running faster right now with better latencies, most bioses on pre factory built machines like Dell and Leveno etc are locked so you cant adjust those settings anyway.
