[SOLVED] How to change to 144 hz

Hello everyone i just bough my new monitor, HP 27 mx 144hz
and i am connected with hdmi cable that i got with it.
And when i try to change from 60hz i dont see any other options.
i cant change to 144,i only see 60 option ...
how can i change to 144 hz ?
my graphic card is rx 5500 xt challenger 8gb oc

Umm, getting conflicting results.

HP only admits to the native resolution. But does say HDMI 2.0, which should support 1080p 144hz.

However, Microcenter does specify that 144hz is available through Display Port.

Native Refresh Rate
60Hz
Refresh Rate Details
144 Hz using DisplayPort
60 Hz using HDMI
144 Hz using DVI

Not sure why DVI is listed.

Just want to say, i bough display port and connected it instead of hdmi and works ...
now i can change my refresh rates .
