how to change user folder name

hi guys, just have a minor issue here. I'm the administrator and I'm trying to change the user account folder but can't seem to. there's no 'rename' option when I right click it. any idea how I can rename it? thanks!

btw I'm referring to user folder under Local Disk (C > Users
