How to change username in windows 10 users folder

How can we change the username in users folder of windows 10. I dont know why but it only shows my half name i have also tried reinstalling windows but it still the same. I use my microsoft live account to login to pc

I find that with mine too, I find it best to setup Windows with a local account first, then it will make the user folder exactly as the name you entered, then you can link a Microsoft account later.
