format is MKV. I am using mkvmerge GUI v4.0.0. importing an mkv video with 1920x1600, setting output resolution on 1920x1080, start muxing. the program shows that it is finished successfully, but the new video file has the same parameteres 1920x1600. may be you can advise on other software?
