How to change what wakes up a computer

I usually put my computer to sleep at night. To wake it, I just have to move the mouse. I just got a keyboard/mouse that seems to be more sensitive. My computer will wake up randomly if there is so much as a loud noise. Is there a way to make my computer only wake up when I push the button without turning it all the way off?

The various options as to what wakes up your PC are found in the BIOS settings.
