How to change windows 10 boot if accidentally changed to 1?

So today I was watching some tutorial videos on how to load up Max Payne for Windows 10 and I came across one video that told me to change the numbers of processors to 1, now my oc runs slow and i can't change it back to four, i've tried safe booting to troubleshoot the problem with no avail. Can someone please help? Thanks.

I have tried this but when i changed it and went back to it it only showed 1 core as an option not 4.
