How to change windows vista user lock out time

Hello,
Hi I am going nuts over my Vista user lock out time. It's around 3min and every time I turn around it's locked and have to password in again. Please help

DO you mean when it goes to the screen saver ?? -- IF so right click on the desktop - personalize - screen saver. From there you can set how long it waits before going to the screen saver and also can disable the need for the password when resuming from the screen saver completely if you want !
