I know you know the barber was not in the Witcher 3 at launch. You should probably add stuff like that when using a game as comparison. It seems pretty unlikely that CDPR won’t add it here as well. The real question is why wasn’t it added at launch? My guess is it somehow messed with rendering or something. But it’ll be there.
