How to check authenticity/genuineness of branded cpus,components?

im looking to buy all brand system and am certainly worried about its originality.any suggestion as to how to check whether its genuine or not if assuming possibility of fake.

The easiest way to make sure you get what you paid for would be to buy from a reputable store - the main way people get defrauded on components is when the seller ships something that is not what was ordered, if anything at all.

I live in india (mumbai) and there is a whole market for computer products ,im concerned since i have heard about faulty products from there.

Aside from buying from a reputable seller (as stated above), there may not be a definitive way to determine.
