How To Check How Much Bandwith Each PC Is Using On My Network

Hello Guys, I recently got new broadband in my house and the usage limit on it is only 1TB, i do have a few pc's and other devices connected to the network and in 2 weeks somehow i used over 500GB when on my main PC which should have used the most bandwith is saying ive only used 200GB in the last 30 days. So long story short is there any way to check how much each device is using on my network my Router is a Eir F2000 well atleast thats what it says on the box.

cannot find the manual for it, so no idea if it has a per connection log of data usage.

Ive asked them already if there is a way to check how much bandwith each pc is using and they said no there is not a way im looking for more of a third party solution maybe something that i can use on my pc to monitor all traffic

unless you have a proxy server set at home, forcing all traffic thru its ports and in which it can monitor/restrict usage, the only other choice is your router.. and if EIR says there isn't, then I fear you are out of option.

Most the problem is the router has no place to store long term data so you will not find this feature on most routers. There are some options if you load third party firmware but I doubt you can do that on your router.

I would consider loading software on the end devices. There are a number of free products but which you choose will depend on what devices. Some work better on say apple than android but it is mostly a personal preference since some track like what web sites and other just track total data usage.
