[SOLVED] How to check how much bandwith is being used by each app?

Is there a way for example to check how much is software (Firefox, Games, Steam, Torrent) using bandwith out of my 500kb/s?
I've gotten as far windows resource monitor which gives me bunch of addresses but i'm not quite suire what I am seeing.

Much appreciated, I've also found out about NMAP which seems to have some functions I'd like to too, alongside glasswire. Thanks a lot. Sorry if the question is clogging up the forum, but my english is too bad to be able to google it and get the answer i exactly need. Much thanks!
