How to check if a part of my PC is dying?

So i would like to solve the problem that my PC will crash when i run games on 60 fps ( i have to lock games like GTA V , and Fallout 4 to 30 fps just so i can play for more than an hour then it will crash ) it will crash, so i have to lock it.

i have done a furmark test , but i don't know how to check if what makes my games crash, furmark is fine its still running as i type this and the temps are kinda high ( 77 degrees to 84 degrees on 2x msaa and i haven't cleaned it in like 9 months lol ) but even tho when i cleaned this pc 6 months ago GTA V and F4 still crashes.

so would it be the PSU? i have not received any BSOD's when my game crashes its mostly just freezing then i have to go to task manager then end the process there.

Also less crashes happen when i put the settings on the lowest possible.

Kingston 8 GB RAM

What happens when you run the Valley benchmark?

At the first glance does it not seem to be a psu fault.I would look at drivers or the gpu itself.The temps are high,but are still within safe limits considering you use furmark.

Looking at that pic. are there files you can check for the fault,you can also try "whocrashed" to see if it gives something,

Never tried out the valley benchmark, i'll check it out.
I did a clean install of the Drivers, used DDU and CCleaner to get rid of it completely but i did not try it out if the games crashes still i'll check it out soon and notify you.

EDIT : There are also Pink boxes coming out of nowhere, i forgot what their called only appears in GTA V

GTA V and F4 still crashes , driver reinstall did nothing.

oh god help me please, when i run the valley it also crashes there's some green weird things coming out of nowhere also it keeps freezing, goes into black screen then goes back into the valley.

after the freezing etc the third scene made my game crash while attempting to quit.

Tried prime95? To test the cpu,see if it has anything to do with that.
Can you test the gpu in a different system? Maybe from a friend or ..

Can't test it, i do not know anyone that has the capability to run my stuff as i mostly know people that has like 10 year old parts.
i'll try ito ut

Well at leats try prime95. Also look at the ram,make sure XMP is enabled in the bios when having a speed of ~/>1600mhz.
