how to check if i have any disabled processor cores?

hey i have an amd ryzen 5 1600x i want to know if i have any disabled processor cores or if all of them are running my mobo is asus a320m-a and thank you. can i check from pc without bios if yes how and if no how to check from bios?

You could use Ryzen Master Utility
or
Download and run Cinebench

msconfig, boot tab, advanced options button. Make sure number of processors and maximum memory are both unchecked.
