how to check if my CPU and Motherboard is Healthy or not ?

as the title mentions i have a pretty old cpu i3 3210 and motherboard intel db75en im planning to buy a gtx 1050ti .. but as these components are old i m concerned about it ... i dont want any hardware failures ;/ my machine is 4 years old no problems whatsoever temperatures are stable too

IS there any software or anyway i can check if my components are healthy ?

Stress testing old equipment that is questionable but fine for everyday use, or near the end of it's life, may push it closer still, or cause it to just fail outright.

Don't go overboard on the stress testing.

You can run the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool, such as smorizio suggested, and you might consider running some memory testing software, but other than that, temps and stability is about the best you're going to get out of your motherboard. There aren't a whole lot of diagnostics that people run other than stress tests, to see whether the system passes or fails.

A 1050 Ti isn't a very power hungry card, so shouldn't be overly stressful on your power supply, but depending on the initial build quality of...
there intel cpu test that free from intel. for the mb there are few free 3 party burn in test. most time with old mb the cmos battery will die or if the mb uses cheap caps like a dell they can swell. most of the newer mb now use higher end caps that dont fail as easy as the older ones did.

my all tests were a PASS soo i guess its stable and healthy ;D
