how to check if our pc cabinet can fit motherboard,dual fan graphic card,processors and other?

For that you will need some space inside the cabinet, MOTHERBOARD-MSI H270M BAZOOKA is the Micro ATX form factor which is small in size compared to ATX motherboards.

As the motherboard is micro ATX you can go for the micro ATX cabinet. For more space you can choose ATX mid tower cabinet.
