Hello how can I check which PCI-E slot I have in my motherboard . It supports ddr2 memory..

You can reverse look up the motherboard model number and get the full mother spec. It should tell you what pcie version the board use.

You can find the motherboard info using CPUz.

The pcie version is irrelevant, pcie 2/3 x16 is forward and backward compatible.
The ram you are using is also irrelevant to any graphics card you are considering.
