Question How to check power on hours on an NDMe SSD

Hi,

We bought a few of the Micron 9300 NVMe (MTFDHAL3T2TDR-1AT1ZABYY) drives and we want to check the power on hours on them. We are using a Windows 7 32-bit OS system with a Startech U.2 to PCIe adapter for the 2.5" U.2 NVMe SSD to connect the Micron 9300.

Now the system detects the drive but we have tried Seatools, Crysdal Disk, hard disk sentinel and other software, yet are unable to pull the power on hours.

Do we need a 32-bit NVMe driver? The system sees the drive fine though and we can partition it with no issues.

None of the programs display the power on hours. All they say is not available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does Micron have any tool for this?

Being enterprise level devices, they may not expose that to consumer tools.

Yeah you would think they would have a tool for this. I have opened a case with Micron directly but have not heard back.
