How to check ram max frequency in laptop?

This is my first question here, so I would like to say hello to everybody:)

I would like to modernize my old notebook a little bit by putting into it one more GB of DDR2 memory (4GB instead of 3GB). I already have reinstalled the OS to the 64 bits version - my cpu, Inter Core 2 Duo T8300 supports it (that's what I have discovered during my research).

But there is one thing that bothers me: what is the max ram frequency I can put to my mainboard?

tl;dr
The laptop is Asus F3SA AS134C and I did not find anything about that in the user manual.
I attach screenshots from CPU-Z below:

Thanks for the interest, but that's not what I was looking for. I meant if I could add 800 Mhz memory stick or even 1066 MHz instead of my 667 MHz 1GB one. Do you know anything about that? I paged through the manual, but there is nothing ram-related there (they only advice to contact the authorized seller). And even the endless source of the wisdom, the internet, do not want me to discover the answer.

I can't find any information on it although your clock speed on the memory doesn't really matter, it doesn't change a whole lot in terms of performance.

If you add a memory stick that is higher than 667Mhz then the motherboard should automatically downclock the memory to work properly with the system.

It looks that it works know. And it got downgraded to 666 MHz. I bet that the only way to check if my laptop supports 800 MHz is to put out the 666Mhz stick. I will give you a sign when I would have the screwdriver.

Here is the new screenshot:
