How to check second hand video graphic card

Seriously. I want to buy a second hand VGA (Zotac GTX 650) but this is the first time. I want to know how to check a second hand graphic card. Plz help ?????

Don't buy a gtx 650 it's only good for low settings 1080p
Use to have the 650ti it was able to go all the way to medium 1080p

You'll need to bring your own rig, a monitor and have a copy of nvidia's latest drivers and a few games in order to test it properly.

You could also ask the seller to test it on his own computer.

Oh i forgot. My rig is Pentium G3440 + MSI H81 + 4G RAM with resolution 1280x1024.
