how to check system hardware

Hi, I ran the 15 newest dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/Oa3j.html

A few of the crashes were caused by your graphics card drivers and DirectX (dxgmms2.sys) which is usually associated with the graphics card driver. The nvlddmkm.sys file is a NVIDIA graphics card driver. There are a few things you can do to fix this problem. First off, try a full uninstall using DDU in Safe Mode then re-install the driver (more information). Or try getting the latest version of the driver. Or try one of the 3 most recent drivers released by NVIDIA. Drivers can be found here: http://www.nvidia.com/ or you can allow Windows Update to download the driver for you, which might be a older/better version.

Comment: 2 or more types of RAM are installed.

Possible motherboard page: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-B85M-D3H-rev-10-11

I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information soon. Please wait for more answers. Good luck.

It could all be caused by the Graphics drivers, as there seems to be a pattern of errors that occur when gpu drivers are causing crashes. Half of them either mention Direct X or the Nvidia driver so try what Gardenman suggested above

Why do you have the Intel display drivers loaded as well? Should only need the Nvidia ones.

I didn't do anything it was all window 10 all I did is install window 10 all leave all to the internet Nvidia driver, pc driver all

yes I have two types of ram

2 ddr3 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance 8gb
1 ddr3 1333mhz corsair 8gb

update
I reinstall the graphics drivers and uninstall pc graphics drive crashing rate is down but still crashing window
crashing rate 10 times after reinstalling 5 time

update
i will take my last update back thing is getting worse

My software automatically detects when 2 or more types of RAM are installed and sends that alert. RAM is often a source of BSODs. The model numbers are similar on the RAM sticks, but have you considered removing the one extra 8GB stick to see if that helps?

I see at least 4 new crashes are likely related to the graphics card.

Feel free to "uncheck current solution" on the previous message to show that this thread is not answered yet.

I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information soon. Please wait for more answers. Good luck.

Run ddu again, remove nvidia drivers and run windows update and let windows install drivers it has and see if that makes any difference. Both drivers made by Nvidia, the ones windows has are a bit older and known to work.

Of the 9 errors I wouild blame nvidia for about 5 and possibly the rest as well, I am not sure. Discord uses GPU for display purposes, as does Chrome.

Try running memtesst86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 8 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.
