How to check the cpu's silicon for overclocking?

I've heard that some CPUs are made of good silicon which allows them to overclock better than others. So how to check CPU on luck? I hope you understand what i mean 😀.

Try overclocking it, see how high it goes.

No way to do it without trying and see how it goes, same thing for video cards and memory.
There are some CPUs that are better known for overclocking than others, you can do a web search for "good overclocking CPUs" and see what comes up.
