How to choose a graphics card (manufacturer and model)

Why does this have to be so complicated. There are many manufacturers and different models plus the prices are even up to 50 euros less for the same graphics card with the same ammount of vram but different manufacturer. I personally am looking into Sapphire rx480 nitro+ 8GB OC or Msi rx 480 x8GB.

Why? I mean they're the same card and im going to get a new psu anyways, I just want to know which one is better, but okay. My res is 1920x1080, processor is i7 4790k

Between those two, if the MSI is the Gaming X version, I would go with that. Otherwise go with the Nitro+.
To be honest, if price is a concern it wouldn't really be a big deal to just get whatever is cheapest.
