Looking for:

1080p (16:9)
IPS (not sure about TN, read below why)
120hz or 144hz or even 100hz

So I have never used my own monitor because i have always used a gaming laptop. But now, I am thinking of getting a high refresh rate monitor. But when I was looking around the internet, I noticed that most of the 120hz and 140hz are TN panels. From my experience with laptops with TN panels, I can say that it is not nice, it is a total deal breaker for me because i always ind myself adjusting my head to find the best angle.because i cant see anything out of thise tn panels. But for real standalone monitors, is it that bad as well? Are all TN panels as bad as the ones used in laptops?

I dont need g sync or free sync because it adds input lag which is bad for gaming.

Are you connecting this monitor to a laptop? If you are, most will not be able to run at higher refresh rates to an external monitor, you need to check with the laptop specs.

The good TN monitors don't have too bad of a viewing angle thing, and either way with a monitor you are always sitting at it the same way, setup the chair height, setup the monitor height and you don't need to mess with it like you do a laptop screen. Laptops are always opening screen, closing scree, sitting in random places on different chairs and tables, so yes you need to adjust the screen angle then, and the screen is almost never flat towards you because of the laptop design.

No way to really suggest a monitor since you did not list size or budget you are...
