[SOLVED] how to choose a psu

its a new buid so build spec will be:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6Core/12Thread 3.4 GHz (3.9 GHz Max Boost) 19MB Socket AM4 65W

MOBO: ASRock B450 PRO4, AM4, 4xSATA3, DDR4 3200, USB 3.0+3.1 (Type A+C)

GPU: Radeon RX 580 8GB XFX GTS BLACK OC++

RAM: ADATA XPG Gammix D10 DDR4 8GB 3200MHz, CL16, Black Heatsink Edition

SSD: ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro SSD 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280

HDD: 500gb
CASE: Deepcool case ATX D-SHIELD V2

Either would be preferable. The Corsair has the more modern platform, the SeaSonic excellent build quality but on an older platform (you'll want to not use the C6/C7 sleep states).

Neither of these are amazing PSUs are anything, but they're suitable budget choices.
