Preferably neither. What are your specs, where are you located, and what is your budget?

Get a corsair cx 550m semi modular 80+ bronze psu. I have had one working well for awhile.

Get the CX550 it's a decent 2017 model.

Either would be preferable. The Corsair has the more modern platform, the SeaSonic excellent build quality but on an older platform (you'll want to not use the C6/C7 sleep states).

Neither of these are amazing PSUs are anything, but they're suitable budget choices.
