go with this:

Intel i3 3220/3210 - rs 6700
Gigabyte b75 d3h mobo - rs 4100
Corsair vengance 8 gb ddr3 - rs 3500
Zotac gtx 650ti 1gb - rs 10600
Corsair cxv2 430w psu - rs 2700

go with config.donot get from online store.go to loal store as you will get in cheap price.go for 1gb gpu only as it is enough for your monitor

intel has edge in gaming over amd at your budget.i3 has pretty strong single core performance.it can handle any games with gtx 650ti at your resolution at max settings.connecting vga is to fine.i am also use vga and believe me the games look great!

well if you really want a budget oriented computer you might want to look at AMD's A10-5800k. its similar to an i3 in performance as well as having a gpu built into it which is comparable to a 560ti. and another benefit of that is its cheap and uses less power
