[SOLVED] How to choose storage?

Hi,

Recently i upgraded my pc, following are my specs :-

*PC - Core i5 - 6500T 6M Cache, Base-2.5GHz up to 3.10 GHz
*RAM - CORSAIR 8GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz
*Motherboard - Asus H110M-CS Desktop 6th Generation Motherboard 5X Protection II LGA1151 DDR4 2133 D-Sub USB 3.0 sata 6Gbs Pci-E 16x
*GPU - GTX 750ti
*PSU - Corsair VS450 450-Watt
*Hard disk - Seagate 500GB Barracuda

Still feeling laggy like something, i'll be likely to get a new hardisk, my point is it better to replace my old 500GB hard disk with 1TB seagate barracuda HD or go for Samsung EVO 860 250GB SSD for OS installation alone ?

So that i dont feel lagginess or my low power power consumption processor is lacking?

Get the SSD for the OS drive, will speed things up tremendously.
