How to Choose video card? 1080 ti ( will my psu carry it ? )

Wish to upgrade my pc with video card, and wish to pick up 1080 ti. but so many brands selling it

And second question!?

PSU SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W ATX12V - will it be enought for 1080 ti?

other specs
i7-6700k
DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 2400MHz
MSI R9 380 4gb Gaming
Z170A GAMING M3
1TB Samsung ssd

520W isn't enough to carry a 1080Ti.

Had a great 5-year experience with and I blindly trust ASUS so I'd suggest you go with it.
They have great cooling designs as well, with good price.

While choosing a GPU, these things I kept in mind:

(The GPU MUST have a fan atleast...)

GPU Core Clock and Memory Clock speeds
VRAM Size (Memory size of the GPU, like a 4GB Graphics card has 4GB VRAM)
No. of Cores/Stream Processors/CUDA Cores (Higher = better) [VERY IMPORTANT]
Power requirement of the card and if it requires external PCI-e power
Size of the card, if it'll fit in your case.

Then, memory type (DDR3, DDR5, GDDR5)
Bus width, PCI-E Slot Type (PCIe_2.0 or PCIe_3.0)
