Compressed air, but whatever device using, don't touch the board's components and make sure firstly that the air does not come out with water droplets (condensed water vapor).

You can try using a can of compressed air.

Can of compressed air is the most advised method.

You should take a pencil or other objects and insert them between the fan blades as you get near it with the air as it can spin the fan fast enough to damage the bearings.

Spray the canned air a good distance in an up and down motion near the motherboard and watch the dust fly out

Make sure the canned air is good so that no water droplets may come out

If by mistake any condensed water droplet comes out of can.

what will happen. Will it damage my motherboard?

and can we directly do the canned air over the motherboard or do we need to do only sideways of motherboard to clean the dust?
