I installed windows and it failed so I am going to install windows again but I need to remove all the partitions of my hard drive and clean it for installation how do I do that from installation menu.

As long as that is the ONLY hard disk in your computer, when you boot back up to that, you can DELETE everything and format and it will do what it has to do. You will always have more than 1 one partition when Windows is installing and after it is installed.
Looking at mine right now (256GB Nvme)
Recovery 499MB NTFS, 100MB EFI System, C Drive 202GB, 36GB unallocated (this is my provisioning backup for SSD)
